

Driftwood Hospitality Invests More Than $5 Million in the Seattle Hotel
North Palm Beach, FL –– 06/23/08 – Located east of downtown Seattle, the Sheraton Bellevue Hotel’s renovation project is scheduled for completion by August 1, 2008. Lead by Driftwood Hospitality Management, the $5.7 million project is designed to pay homage to the hotel’s coastal setting with the full renovation of all guestrooms and public spaces, the expansion of the fitness area as well as a newly remodeled restaurant.

All 179 guestrooms will be redesigned along a coastal theme, which includes all furnishings, soft goods and wall finishes. Each room will also enjoy upgraded bathrooms with free-standing boutique style vanities. The fitness center will receive state-of-the-art equipment and an additional 805 sq. ft. of space. The hotel’s own Sam’s Restaurant will be revamped with an essence of northwest inspired bistro fare, offering local seafood favorites and produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Sheraton Bellevue Hotel remains open as renovations progress. The full scope of the renovation project is scheduled finalize August 1st, 2008, with the opening of the newly remodeled Sam’s Restaurant.
